Who we are

What we collect and why
When you request a demo we collect your name, work email, company, role and, if you choose, your main retailers or channels. We use this only to reply to you and arrange the demo. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to your request.
Who we share it with
Form submissions are processed by [FORM PROVIDER, e.g. Formspree] and stored in our email ([EMAIL PROVIDER]). We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
How long we keep it
We keep demo requests for up to 24 months, unless you become a client or ask us to delete them sooner.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it, by emailing alexis@gatsbee.ai. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
